Peter and Lidija have three children Erik, Karis and Lara. They live on the edge of the capital surrounded with beautiful mountains and scenery. Peter is working as a pastor of REC where his main responsibility is teaching the Bible and equipping the saints for works of service. Lidija is responsible for the children's ministry at church. We hope to see REC people be nurtured with God's word at every opportunity God gives us. We aim to reach people with the gospel of grace in a culture where grace is changed for works and penance.

Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, is about the size of Canberra. Like Slovenia generally, it suffers from a critical lack of faithful gospel witness, and evangelical believers are a tiny minority – 0.03%

Richard grew up in Carlingford and attended St Pauls for six years, which gave him a solid Christ-centered base for his future ministry. After six years at Newcastle and Canberra, he moved to Trent in northern Italy in 1992.

Pinuccia comes from Sicily, where she lived (apart from four years at a Bible School in Switzerland) until she moved to Trent in 2000 to work as a pre-school relief teacher. They were married in 2004, with Stefania born the next year and Daniele in 2007.

Pinuccia continues to teach, usually part-time (it depends on what work she is offered), and is responsible for the children's and women's ministry in the church. Richard's role in the church is to help it to plant new churches in the rest of the province of Trent, usually by forming new groups and ministries, training people to take them over, and then leaving the group. He also has a ministry using the computer and Internet, running the main Internet site on the Bible in Italian, and distributing a free computer program to study the Bible in Italian. Through this, he distributes about 50 copies of the Bible every day.
